Terms of service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Fitness Booking, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Corvi," "we," "us"). They cover your use of the Corvi apps for iPhone and Android, the web app at app.getcorvi.com, and getcorvi.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Please read the "Disputes" section. It requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives class actions, unless you opt out.
What Corvi is
Corvi is a social network for people who take fitness classes. You can log classes, keep streaks, follow friends and instructors, post, rate instructors, and find studios and classes. Corvi does not sell, book, or run classes. The Service is free and supported by advertising.
Who can use Corvi
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You can't use Corvi if we've previously banned you, or if the law prohibits you from using it.
Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One person per account. Don't share your login or let anyone else use your account.
- Keep your password secure. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at help@getcorvi.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
- Your handle must not impersonate someone else or infringe anyone's rights. We may reclaim a handle that does.
Community rules
Corvi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, message, or do anything that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates anyone
- is hateful or discriminatory, or attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or body size
- is sexually explicit, or sexualizes anyone under 18 in any way
- is violent or graphic, or encourages self-harm or eating disorders
- promotes dangerous health practices, illegal drugs, or unsafe training
- shares someone's private information, including their location, without their permission
- impersonates a person, studio, or brand, or misrepresents your connection to one
- is spam, a scam, or misleading, including fake engagement
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
- is illegal or promotes illegal activity
Also don't:
- log classes you didn't attend or check in on someone else's behalf
- post ratings or reviews of an instructor you haven't taken a class with, post reviews in exchange for payment or perks, or rate yourself or a competitor
- use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service or collect data from it
- try to break, overload, or get around the security of the Service
- sell, transfer, or rent your account
- advertise or sell products to other users without our permission
Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
You can report posts, comments, messages, reviews, and accounts from inside the app, and you can block or mute any user. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and, where appropriate, removing the user who posted it.
We may remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, put others at risk, or create legal risk for us. Where it makes sense, we'll tell you what we did and why. If you think we made a mistake, email help@getcorvi.com.
Your content
You own the content you post, including posts, photos, comments, reviews, and messages.
To run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for example, to resize images), display, and distribute your content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Service. This lets us show your posts to the people your privacy settings allow and lets other users repost your public posts. We will ask your permission before using your name, photo, or content in ads or marketing outside the Service.
The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other users have already reposted or shared, copies in backups for a limited time, and copies we must keep for legal reasons.
You're responsible for what you post. Only post content you have the right to share, and don't post photos of other people in ways they wouldn't agree to.
Instructors, studios, and class information
Corvi lists studios, classes, and instructors to help you find them. This information comes from public sources and from users, and may be out of date or wrong. Always confirm class details with the studio.
We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by any studio or instructor listed on Corvi unless we say so. Your relationship with a studio or instructor, including booking, payment, waivers, and refunds, is between you and them. We aren't responsible for their classes, facilities, or conduct.
Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of the users who wrote them, not Corvi's. We don't pay for reviews or remove reviews because they are negative. We may remove reviews that break these Terms.
If you're an instructor, you can claim your profile to manage it, or ask us to correct or remove it at help@getcorvi.com.
Health and safety
Corvi is a social app, not a fitness, medical, or health service. Nothing on Corvi is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, and exercise within your limits. You take part in any class or physical activity at your own risk.
Advertising
The Service shows ads, including ads from studios and brands. Ads are labeled. We don't endorse advertised products or services, and advertisers are responsible for their ads. Our Privacy Policy explains how we choose which ads to show you.
Our intellectual property
The Service, including the Corvi name, logo, design, and software, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as allowed by these Terms. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use our branding without our written permission, except where the law allows.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without paying you or owing you anything.
Copyright complaints
We respect copyright. If you believe content on Corvi infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with:
- your signature (physical or electronic)
- a description of the copyrighted work
- where the content is on Corvi (a link is best)
- your name, address, phone number, and email address
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner
Send notices to: Copyright Agent, Fitness Booking, Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave #79007, Dover, DE 19904. Phone: (617) 682-9368. Email: copyright@getcorvi.com.
If we remove your content after a notice and you believe it was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Changes to the Service
We're always changing Corvi. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or stop the Service. If a change significantly affects you, we'll try to give you notice.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, in the app or on the web. We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms, if we're required to by law, or if your account creates risk for Corvi or other users.
When your account ends, your right to use the Service ends. These sections survive: Your content (for the limited copies described there), Our intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnity, Disputes, and General terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that studio, class, instructor, or user content is accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Corvi and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service, user content, or your dealings with studios, instructors, or other users. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to $100.
Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, to the extent the law allows.
Disputes
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Talk to us first. Most problems can be fixed quickly. Before either of us starts an arbitration or small claims case, the person bringing the claim must send a written notice describing it. Your notice must come from you personally (not only from a lawyer) and include your name, the email address on your account, a description of the claim, and the relief you want. Send it to legal@getcorvi.com. We'll send ours to the email address on your account. Within 60 days of the notice, either of us can ask for an individual phone or video call to try to resolve it, and the other must take part in good faith. Your lawyer may join. Neither of us can start an arbitration until this process is complete. Deadlines for bringing the claim are paused while it runs.
Arbitration. If we can't resolve it, you and Corvi agree to resolve any dispute related to these Terms or the Service through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, as modified by these Terms. The arbitration will take place in the county where you live or by video, unless we both agree otherwise. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, but only for you individually. We will pay AAA fees as required by its rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
What's not covered. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either of us may ask a court to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property. Any request for public injunctive relief (relief meant to protect the general public) will be decided by a court after any individual claims are decided in arbitration.
Mass filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are brought against Corvi by or with help from the same lawyers or organizations within 90 days, AAA will apply its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules and handle the demands in batches of up to 100, with one arbitrator for each batch. Batches will proceed at the same time, not one after another. Each claimant keeps the right to present their own case and receive their own decision. Deadlines for bringing claims are paused while demands wait to be batched. If either of us disagrees about whether this paragraph applies, a court will decide.
No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator can't combine claims of more than one person except as described under "Mass filings." If this paragraph is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim (and only that claim) will be decided by a court, not in arbitration.
Opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@getcorvi.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Include your name, the email address on your account, and a clear statement that you want to opt out. Opting out doesn't affect any other part of these Terms.
Changes to this section. If we change this section, the change won't apply to any claim either of us already gave notice of. You can reject a change by emailing legal@getcorvi.com within 30 days of it taking effect; the previous version will then continue to apply to you.
Governing law and courts. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be decided in the state or federal courts in Delaware, and you and Corvi consent to their jurisdiction.
Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded Corvi from Apple's App Store, these terms also apply:
- These Terms are between you and Corvi, not Apple. Corvi, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you can notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Corvi, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar laws.
- If someone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, Corvi, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.
- You confirm that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when using the app, such as your wireless carrier's terms.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and once you accept them, Apple can enforce them against you.
General terms
- These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Corvi about the Service.
- If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
- If we don't enforce a part of these Terms right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
- You can't transfer these Terms without our permission. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date, and if a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using Corvi after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
