This Privacy Policy describes how Fitness Booking, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Corvi (the "Service").
Privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. The short version: we collect what we need to make the Service work, we use advertising to keep the app free, and we work hard to keep your data safe.
What We Collect and Why
We collect information to provide you with a social fitness experience. Here's what that looks like:
Account Information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and profile information you choose to provide (like a bio or profile photo). We use this to personalize your experience and let others find and connect with you.
Content You Create
Posts, comments, photos, workout logs, and other content you share through the Service. This is the heart of your social experience and is stored to display to you and others based on your privacy settings.
Social Connections
Information about who you follow, who follows you, and your interactions (likes, comments, reposts). This helps us show you relevant content and connect you with your fitness community.
Location Data
With your permission, we collect location data to help you discover nearby studios, gyms, and fitness classes. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. We do not track your location in the background.
Fitness Activity
Class attendance, workout streaks, goals, and milestones you track through the Service. This data powers your personal fitness journey and achievements you can share with friends.
Device and Usage Information
We collect information about how you use the app, including device type, operating system, and general usage patterns. This helps us improve the Service and fix problems.
Advertising
Corvi is free to use. We support the Service through advertising.
We work with advertising partners who may show you ads within the app. To make ads more relevant, we may share certain information with our advertising partners:
- General interests: Such as fitness categories you engage with (yoga, cycling, strength training, etc.)
- General location: City or region level, not precise location
- Device identifiers: To measure ad effectiveness and prevent fraud
We do not sell your personal information. Advertising partners receive aggregated or anonymized data and are contractually prohibited from using your data for purposes other than serving and measuring ads.
What We Don't Do With Your Data
We never sell your personal information.
Your data isn't our product. Advertising helps keep the Service free, but we don't sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. We don't share your private messages, precise location history, or detailed activity data with third parties.
When We Share Your Information
We keep your data to ourselves with a few exceptions:
- With other users: Public posts and profile information are visible to others based on your privacy settings.
- With service providers: Companies that help us run the Service (hosting, analytics, push notifications). They are bound by contract to protect your data.
- With advertising partners: As described above, limited data to serve relevant ads.
- If required by law: If we receive a valid legal request, we may have to share information. We will push back on requests that are too broad.
- To protect rights and safety: If we believe someone is using the Service to harm others or violate our terms.
How We Secure Your Data
Security is a priority. Here's what we do:
All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
Passwords hashed using industry-standard algorithms
Two-factor authentication available
Regular security audits and monitoring
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- Your profile and posts are removed from public view immediately
- Personal data is deleted within 30 days
- Some information may persist in backups for up to 90 days
- We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
Your Rights
You have control over your data. You can:
Access your data
Request a copy of your data from your account settings.
Correct your data
Update your information anytime in your account.
Delete your data
Delete your account and we will remove your information as described above.
Control your privacy

Children's Privacy
Corvi is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. For minor clarifications, we will update this page.
