Which Bangor gym fits you

For the most under one roof: the Bangor Region YMCA downtown has two pools, a cycling studio, a weight room, child watch, and 70-plus classes. Evolve Fitness on Odlin Road adds Les Mills classes like BodyPump and RPM, a sauna, and racquetball.

For coached group classes: CrossFit Bangor scales every workout and starts new members with a free intro meeting. Sunshine's Fitness Studio rates classes from level 1 to 3 so you can pick the intensity.

For yoga and smaller studios: Om Land Yoga is the main yoga studio, with hot, aerial, and gentle classes. Spiral Studio focuses on yoga and dance that feel good rather than perform. Skye Fitness teaches barre and Eye Candy teaches pole and aerial.
